This is a good value quality product made up by quality minded people. I was previously using the same cable with the Furutech CU copper plugs. I had also previously purchased two pieces of this gold version cable but they didn't gel properly with my warmer dac. A major software upgrade came along for my dac and my system went from warm and musical, to super detailed with tighter bass. The copper cables brought out all the detail, but after some experimenting the gold won and went back onto my dac and headphone amplifier. Just lovely sounding.
