Our Response To COVID-19
Defined by Safety and Service. Backed by Experience.
As Canada begins to relax restrictions and gradually reopen we are looking to increase the number of shipping days per week from the current Tuesday and Friday only and at the same time strike an acceptable balance between customer safety/service and risk to ourselves and the community.
Consequently we will for the next two weeks continue with two days per week shipping on Tuesday and Friday, at which time we will reconsider the policy in light of the public health situation at that time.
Currently our domestic Canadapost shipments are a little slower than normal but everything is getting delivered. Shipments to the US have been moving much slower than normal as well, but things seem to be improving in the last couple of days. At this time we are still suspending overseas shipments until further notice.
The relationships we have built with our customers and suppliers over the past 20 years are incredibly important to us and these measures are not something we take lightly, but these are extraordinary times. We would like to thank our customers for their unwavering support and patience during this crisis.
