ViaBlue Braided Sleeve has many advantages aside from the obvious aesthetic enhancements. It helps protect cables against abrasion, bending and incident light radiation. ViaBlue braided sleeve is designed very differently than the competition by utilizing monofilaments and textile fibers . This approach provides a much wider range of fit from just one size of sleeve by using expanding fabric fillers within the sleeve along with monofilaments. As the sleeve expands and contracts so does the fabric. This dramatically reduces the see through effect found in most all monofilament designs. These sleeves have a beautiful look and feel that falls in between PET and Nymax, not as coarse feeling as the PET, and not as prone to hitch as the Nymax, but still has that soft feel. We currently offer the Small sleeve in 4 colours which can be selected from the dropdown menu. Product is sold by the foot and ships in a continuous length.
ViaBlue™ sleeves are available in three sizes: SMALL, MEDIUM and BIG.
SMALL is made for cables with diameter 1.5 to 5.5 mm.
MEDIUM is made for cables with diameter 6-17 mm.
BIG is made for cables with diameter 11-27 mm.

With different diameters of cables the relationship between length/diameter of the sleeve changes. The bigger the diameter of a cable the more length is needed:
This table gives you the approximate length of sleeve needed to cover 1 meter of cable.
 
SMALL         Fits 1.5 - 5.5 mm cable  -    Ø 1.5 mm: 1.0 m/sleeve  -     Ø 5.5 mm: 1.2 m/sleeve
MEDIUM      Fits 6 - 17 mm cable  -        Ø 8 mm: 1.1 m/sleeve    -      Ø 12 mm: 1.3 m/sleeve
BIG              Fits 11 - 27 mm cable  -      Ø 10 mm: 1.0 m/sleeve   -      Ø 25 mm: 1.0 m/sleeve
