Terms of Sale
All products offered for sale on our website are in stock at our warehouse. None of our products offered for sale on our site are drop-shipped by third party suppliers. All products offered for sale on our website are NEW unless otherwise noted. If a product you ordered is by chance out of stock you will be contacted by a representative and given the option to have the product shipped when new stock arrives, cancel the item or cancel the order. Backordered items are shipped at no charge.
We reserve the right to refuse fulfillment or request alternate form of payment for any online order at our sole discretion.
Ontario, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Prince Edward Island residents will have HST applied to their purchases. All other residents of Canada will have GST applied to their purchases.
International shipments may have local/state taxes and/or duties due upon their arrival in the destination country. The customer is responsible for any and all taxes/duties levied by their state/country.
Minimum Order Amount
All online and phone orders must be a minimum $18.95 CDN merchandise amount. A $5.00 handling charge will be added to orders under the $18.95 minimum at the checkout.
Parts and accessories may be returned for refund or store credit if still in new condition with unopened original packaging for a period of 30 days from receipt. (Canada Post item tracking will determine date of receipt, no exceptions)
Refunds will be subject to a 10% restocking charge, shipping charges are non-refundable with either option.
All product that has been cut to length, such as cable/wire/sleeveing/shrinktube/custom printing, is final sale. All items from our clearance centre are final sale.
All Cryo Treated parts, connectors, cables and hookup wires are non-returnable to ensure the integrity of our inventory.
Custom made cables have a non-transferable lifetime warranty against parts/material failure and workmanship. Our custom cables are constructed to the customers exact specification and are non-returnable unless defective.
We reserve the right to refuse refund on any item if item or packaging has been damaged. No merchandise may be returned without an RMA number. An RMA number may be requested by logging into your customer account and selecting "Review Previous Orders" in the "Orders" category. Next select the "RMA" link in the order line.
Store credit is issued in the form of a gift certificate that may be used in part or in full (with no time limit) by the customer during the checkout process.
