We currently ship to 68 countries worldwide, if your particular country is not in the drop-down list we are currently not shipping to that location, sorry.

Shipment Insurance
With all domestic shipments, Xpresspost USA and Expedited USA shipments, Xpresspost International and International Parcel Air you are provided with a tracking number and the contents are insured. Tracked Packet USA and Tracked Packet International includes maximum insurance coverage of $100.00. Small Packet Air USA and Small Packet Air International are cost effective shipping services for sending small and lightweight items however they are NOT a trackable service and NO insurance coverage is available. When a customer selects Small Packet Air, they are accepting sole responsibility for the loss or damage of the package and contents.

How do you ship?
We ship all orders using CanadaPost. Online orders placed by 2:00 pm local time will ship same day. When your order ships, an email confirmation with tracking # will be sent to the email address you provided. Tracking numbers are not provided with Small Packet Air. However you can check the status of your order through our order tracking system which can be accessed online using your customer account. Our order tracking system will tell you when your order was processed and when it has been shipped.

Service Levels
You will be presented with a list of service level options after you enter your address information. The options displayed also include the expected delivery date for that service level and the cost. Some of you may notice that Xpresspost is not offered as an option, this is because the delivery date for Xpresspost and lower priced services for your address are the same. In this case only the lower priced option is offered. Small Packet Air/Tracked Packet USA are not an option if the weight of your order exceeds 1 Kilogram, Small Packet International Air and Tracked Packet International are not an option if the weight of your order exceeds 2 Kilograms.

Loss/Damage

If your order does not arrive on the date specified for the shipping standard you selected let us know and we will contact the carrier. If your parcel looks or sounds broken when it is delivered mention it to the delivery person before they leave. Send the damaged package back to us and we will reship your order the day we receive it. We will not make you wait till it is sorted out with CanadaPost. Please note that Small Packet Air cannot be insured against loss or damage.

Shipping Costs
The shipping costs that are applied to your order are based on our reduced rates from CanadaPost and contain NO HANDLING FEES. Once the package has left our facility the shipping costs are non-refundable, no exceptions.
