Customer Reward Points
Take Five Audio is pleased to introduce our Customer Reward Points program! How does it work? It's simple, when you place an order online through our shopping cart you recieve one reward point for every dollar spent on merchandise. Points can be redeemed at any time for a gift certificate. Simply log in to your user account and select "Redeem Points", you may redeem some or all of your points for a gift certificate which can be used the same as cash at our checkout. Each reward point has a gift certificate value of $0.07.
Please Note: You must sign up for a user account prior to your first purchase in order to have points applied to that first purchase.
Using your gift certificate is easy:
1. Visit out Web site.
2. Select the items you want.
3. When you have selected the items you want, hit the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button. You can redeem your gift certificate by entering its Gift Number on the order form.
Please Note:
Our new 7% Reward Points program replaces our 5% repeat customer discount. Custom cables, shop labour and tonearm rewires are exempt from the Reward Points program.
THE FINE PRINT:
Gift certificates must be redeemed at our Web site.
Gift certificates and unused portions of gift certificates expire one year from the date of issue.
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
Any unused balance will be placed in your gift certificate account.
If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance.
Gift certificate cash value is 1/10 of one cent.
Sorry, we cannot replace and are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
