Take Five Audio Payment Options

Take Five Audio is a Dual Currency Site. Customers are able to browse our website and view product prices in either Canadian Dollars or U.S. Dollars. The currency you chose to view our product catalog with will be carried through the checkout process. All our product prices are based on Canadian retail prices. The U.S. Dollar prices are determined by the exchange rate on the previous days market close.
U.S. and International customers paying with U.S. Dollar payment cards can complete the transaction in US Dollars and avoid exchanges fees on the transaction. Likewise customers holding a Canadian Dollar payment card should pay in Canadian Dollars to avoid exchange fees.

Please Note: If you pay in U.S. Dollars you will be able to pay using VISA, VISA Debit and MasterCard. These are the only payment methods that process in U.S. Dollars. All PayPal payments are processed in Canadian Dollars no matter what currency you are using to pay or view the site.
If you pay in Canadian Dollars you have the option to pay by VISA, VISA Debit, MasterCard, American Express, Interac Online, PayPal and Canadapost Money Order. Phone orders can be processed in your choice of either USD or CAD.


PayPal: To pay using PayPal simply click "PayPal" on the checkout page. You will be directed to PayPal's secure site to complete the transaction. We do not add a surcharge for PayPal payments.

Payment Cards: Our payment processing and procedures are PCI Compliant. When you choose to pay by payment card you will be redirected to our processors secure servers to enter your payment card  details.

If you prefer, you may complete the online order by selecting one of the three alternative payment options below when going through the checkout.

Payment by phone: Place your order online as usual. When you are at the payment portion of the checkout you simply select phone order from the "other payment type" dropdown menu. Your order will be received into our online order system but will not be processed until you call with your payment information. Online orders with phone order as payment method will be deleted from our database after 2 business days if payment has not been received. You may pay in either USD or CAD using this method.

Payment by Interac e-transfer:
Place your order online as usual. When you are at the payment portion of the checkout you simply select Interac e-transfer from the
"other payment type" dropdown menu. This payment system does not process the transfer, you will have to do this separately through your bank. Your order will be processed when we receive your payment. Online orders with Interac e-transfer as payment method will be deleted from our database after 2 business days if payment has not been received.This payment option is available to Canadian customers only. Our payment email address will be displayed in the dropdown menu in the checkout.

Payment by CanadaPost Money Order:
Place your order online as usual. When you are at the payment portion of the checkout you simply select money order from the
"other payment type" menu. Mail us your money order for the total amount with a copy of your order confirmation attached. We only accept Canadapost money orders. This payment option is only available to Canadian residents. Online orders with money order as payment method will be deleted from our database after 14 days if payment has not been received.
